She’s probably never even held a gun, much less used one. CARE.

It was the Iraqi Government who wanted to do the negotiating. They do have "complete" sovereignty, right? At least that is what Bush said. Bush was also pushing off the offensive until after the elections so as not to push up the body count. Seriously, who do you think makes the call about negotiating, Bush or Moore? So, if you want to talk about the terrorist-embracing negotiatiors, that would be the Bush Admin and the Iraqi Interim Gov, not Moore or Garofalo.
